The Town Club

You will find The Town Club nestled high above downtown Sanford on the fourth floor of the Trust Building overlooking Main Street and Goodall Park.  Whether you are looking out or looking in, the views are beautiful.

When inside The Town Club you are surrounded by old century charm, warmth and coziness.  With benches circling the columns, a fireplace and a piano, you will feel like you have stepped into a different era.

The Town Club offers three different rooms with views that stretch for miles.  Depending upon the size of your gathering, these rooms may be rented individually or all together.  

Whether the event is a business meeting or a wedding, a bridal shower or bereavement service, The Town Club will supply you with all you need to make your gathering special.  

Above & Beyond Catering will provide you with custom created menus to ensure your gathering is special and personalized.  We, along with our staff, are ready to make your event a memorable one!

Above & Beyond Catering offers both on site catering at The Town Club, as well as off site catering.  From casual to formal, we are able to handle any type of event. 

Caterers: Mary Ann Ratteree & Gina Sawtelle

We met several years ago while working together as banquet facilitators and caterers at a local restaurant and banquet hall.  We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the events from set-up to decorating, to floral arranging, to catering and planning of menus.  The love for what we did made us realize that we wanted to start our own venture with our own catering company.  We have been creating memories with our clients ever since!  


Our Name:
One of our first customers actually named our business!   We had catered an event for her family even though we were still without a business name and  trying hard to find one that fit our style.   After the event was over, she was telling us how appreciative and happy she was with the outcome of her gathering .  She told us “that we had gone above and beyond to make sure her family was happy with every aspect of the day”.   It was right then we knew our name!

We feel that this name truly does describe who we are and what we do for every event.  Whether the event is big or small, we take pride in providing extraordinary care and service to every detail.  We enjoy what we do and it shows!

What We Provide:

We are a fully insured and licensed catering company.  We offer full service catering for business luncheons, bridal and baby showers, funeral luncheons, weddings, holiday home parties, class & family reunions, anniversaries and much more.  If food needs to be served, we can provide!

We custom create a menu for your specific event based on the foods your family and friends enjoy.  We look at the entire picture of your day and base the food choices around that so it all ties in beautifully and your gathering is special and personalized.  We work with you to ensure that your menu is you!  We have added a menus link for you to get ideas from, but we are certainly not limited to those listings.

With our past experience as function facilitators, our organizational skills and knowledge of planning such events are here for you should you wish to utilize us beyond the menu.  We can help with arrangements for your gathering should you wish and would be very happy to do so!
